| Answer:
Our warranty period ranges from three months for some light lens products to twelve months for most digital products. During the period any fault (that is not as a result of negligent use or is a result of a manufactures defect) will be fixed at no cost to the user. |

Xerox equipment is so reliable hence, we are able to give up to twelve months warranty on most of our digital products. |

The obsolescence of Xerox products is determined by technological advancement in the office equipment market. We at Xerox are committed to bringing to our customers the latest in technology at all times. However, we continue to provide maintenance, spare parts and consumables for at least seven years after we stop selling any equipment. |

Our response time varies from one product to the other, it ranges from four to eight hours. The absolute worst case scenario is a next day response. |

Synergix is a new trade name introduced by Xerox Engineering Systems for a series of scalable, state-of-the-art wide-format digital solutions that deliver unparalleled productivity through workflow simplification. The idea for Synergix was born out of our customers’ demands for a family of interoperable solutions that can easily be maintained with the latest technological advancements. The Synergix brand is associated with both printers and multifunction devices connected to the AccXES Controller and the Synergix Scan System.

What are Synergix Digital Solutions?

Under the Synergix label, XES created a new family of multifunction Digital Solutions, incorporating Synergix Printers (the Synergix 8825, 8830 and 8855), the Synergix Scan System, and the AccXES controller. The Synergix Digital Solutions are designed for scalable tailoring. If your needs change, you can modify the performance of your system or add new features by downloading software feature keys expanding your scanner’s and controller’s capabilities. These feature keys currently include monochrome scanner upgrades from 2ips to 4ips, Account Data Tracking, Scan-to-Net, and Adobe PostScript 3.
Combine the Synergix Digital Solutions’ scalability with the capability to manage all three key document handling tasks: scanning, printing and copying, concurrently, and unsurpassed image quality from scanning to printing and you have class-leading solutions for any size enterprise. The Synergix 8825 DS is the perfect solution for smaller work groups making up to 75-100 D or E size prints per day. This is the most scalable (and affordable) solution allowing you to purchase a system that meets your needs today and unlock new functionality and productivity as your needs change. The Synergix 8830 DS is the ideal solution for workgroups with mid-volume printing needs. The Synergix 8855 DS offers larger workgroups high speed and image quality in a digital printing, scanning and copying solution.

For the first time, XES can provide software upgradeable hardware, allowing users to unlock new features, functionality and performance from their hardware, reinforcing our commitment to protecting our customers’ technology investments.

How to read the meter ? |
Answer:
Solution: Read the Meter
Electronic meters are accessed via the User Interface (UI) Touch Screen.
The Touch Screen meters that must be recorded and provided to Billing Systems include:
Total Black and White Impressions Total Color Impressions Access to the billing meters:
Press the [Machine Status] button.
Meters are displayed next to the serial number located on the left side of the UI. NOTE: Press the Counters tab to reveal additional electronic counters at detail levels.

Where can I find my serial number ? |
Answer:
Answer: The Xerox serial number is typically a 10 digit / character sequence imprinted on a metal tag or sticker affixed to the equipment frame. The location and appearance of the tag will vary by product. If unable to find your serial number, you can receive personalised assistance by calling on 21 249748.
